Founder and constant supporter of the Wachter Horse dream. Irene manages the office and brings her business skills to the team. Herself an avid equestrian, enjoys watching the business flourish. 

Laurel is the saintly woman who organizes our accounting and administration. She is a long-time member of the team & an asset to our operations. You'll find her at the WH Headquarters (the stable office) 

Hailing from Ontario, Tori brings a ton of experience to her role here at Wachter Horses. Her positive attitude is contagious and she's always ready to lend a hand in the barn aisle. 

Miah's dedication and passion for horses is evident in every aspect of her work. She brings a well-rounded knowledge both in and out of the ring and is eager to continue developing her skills here at Wachter Horses.

Joe can be found anywhere something needs to be done. With a farm this size, his work is never done, but he does so with a smile on his face.  Joe is a vital & valued member of our team. 

Passionate fan and founder. Kurt offers invaluable experience in agriculture and business management. Kurt takes great pride in keeping the farm running efficiently and looking its best.

Kate handles our social media and sponsor relations. No matter where we are, Kate can be found on a horse or on her phone, keeping Wachter communicating with the world. 

From competing in the U25 Grand Prix straight to the international Hunter Derby, Jessa’s ability to connect with each horse is a true gift. She is also a social media influencer! 

Horses have always been Presley's happy place. She is proud to be a part of the team at Wachter Horses and excited to learn and get hands-on experience. 

Reid keeps the barn running smoothly & the horses happy. He is an asset to our home and competition operations. In the tractor or on a horse is where you will likely find him.   

Meghan grew up riding in Alberta and always knew she wanted to be a coach. She focuses on helping new riders start their riding careers, whatever their goals may be, with her lesson program.

The most positive guy around, Luka is always happy to lend a helping hand. He is a favourite among the horses with his kind demeanour. 

Olivia grew up around horses and is passionate about learning the nuances of a show jumping facility!
