He has enormous jump with super technique and great eagerness and rideability. As a six, seven and eight year old, Con Spirito was one of the most successful jumping horses in Switzerland winning 17 times and placing 80 times up to Grand prix level. Con Spirito's pedigree is very impressive and outstanding with names like Contender, Caletti I, Capitol I, Sacramento Song XX, Calypso, Cor de la Bryere, Ladykiller XX, Ranzau XX and Ramiro Con Spirito's sire, Contender, was champion at his stallion licensing and currently has over forty approved sons, he is one of the most popular and proliferate stallions in Europe today. Con Spirito's dam, Galaune, is from the successful Stamm 2027 and Con Spirito was her first foal, two of his younger siblings are in the USA jumping at the National level. Con Spirito's grand dam, Alraune, is the mother of the famous stallion Landstreicher, who is jumping on Grand Prix Level. Con Spirito offspring are very elegant, refined, expressive and have three correct gaits. Con Spirito sired the top Swiss foal champion in 2004.
